Note: Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we may not be able to assist you.

Defective or Unsatisfactory Products

If you find that an item is defective or not functioning as expected, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are responsible for any issues arising from manufacturing defects or during shipment.

To facilitate a quick refund or exchange, attach photographs that clearly show the defect (e.g., missing pieces, visible damage). Ensure the photos are taken on a flat surface with the defects clearly visible. Once we validate the issue, we will promptly arrange a replacement. Generally, you won’t need to return the faulty items, as we utilize these images to improve our quality checks.

Important: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper usage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fading due to sun exposure
  • Modifications made post-purchase

Again, the same 14-day window applies. If you contact us after this timeframe, we may not be able to offer a full refund or replacement.

Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you are eligible to request a refund or a replacement. Please contact our support team with your order details, and we will prioritize your case.

Note:

  • Your claim must be submitted within 2 months from your order date. After this period, tracking information may expire, limiting our ability to assist you.
  • If we process a refund, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing policies.

Refund Processing Times

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. After we initiate the refund, your financial institution may need a few additional days to complete the transaction. Refer to the following timelines for your reference:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
